This is a 1 hour holistic nutrition consulting session. Bring your health challenges and we'll discuss what you can do right now based on your time, money and energy constraints. You will leave the session with diet and lifestyle recommendations that feel inspiring and doable for you, for right now, where you are at.

After the session, you will be provided with a summary of what we discussed, and a personalized protocol to implement along with any accompanying resources that you need to embody what we discussed. These will be provided to you within 72 hours of your session.
