Ginger Chocolate Skinny Fudge

Prepare to die and go to heaven with this one!

What you will need:
1.5 cup macadamia nuts
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup ghee
1/3 cup powdered erythritol
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp ginger powder
1/4 cup desiccated coconut

How to do it:
Step 1: Grind macadamia nuts into a food processor or high power blender, until mostly broken down into small pieces.
Step 2: Melt coconut oil, ghee, erythritol, ginger and cocoa powder.
Step 3: Puree the ground macadamia nuts, with the melted ingredients until smooth.
Step 4: Line a square pan with parchment paper and spread the batter with a spatula.
Step 5: Refrigerate until firm.
