7 Easy Make Ahead Jar Meals
I created these make ahead jar meal recipes for easy instant savoury breakfasts (I really don't like a lot of typical breakfast foods - b/c I don't really enjoy sweet for breakfast - and I get tired of eggs).
But YOU don't have to have them for breakfast, they are great for take away lunches or lazy suppers too!
Sometimes I hear from people that they can't get themselves to eat healthy and don't believe they could lose weight naturally without dieting - because they don't like cooking.

Stovetop Granola (nut & seed)
I love this simple recipe. It’s nourishing, delicious and satisfying. You can make a large batch or just make one serving at a time!
What you will need:
nuts and seeds of choice
unsweetened dried coconut
erythritol
unrefined salt
Optional: dried ginger or cinnamon or both
How to do it:
Step 1: Chop your nuts and seeds into small pieces.
Step 2: Saute nuts, seeds and coconut until coconut is browned (this will give it a caramel flavour).
Step 3: Sprinkle with unrefined salt and erythritol to taste.
Step 4: …
Cottage Cheese Bowl
This is so easy! It's just dry curd cottage cheese, topped with cinnamon and ‘brown sugar’ erythritol (Swerve brand)
If you don’t like the texture of dry curd, top it with a splash of whipping cream, or half and half.
1/2 cup dry curd cottage cheese contains 13 grams protein.
This is the low carb way of making it. If you don’t mind the extra carbs, you can also add fresh berries or apple (grated or chunky)
Chocolate Orange Pudding (sugar free, dairy free)
What you will need:
2 large ripe avocados (or 3 small)

1/3 cup powdered erythritol (more or less depending on your sweet tooth)
1 tsp orange extract
1/8 tsp unrefined salt
How to do it:
Step 1: Chop avocado.
Step 2: Place all ingredients into a food processor (except coconut water).
Step 3: Start processing and slowly add coconut water until blended into smooth pudding textu…
'CHEESEY' YET CHEESE FREE FRITTATA
What you will need:

Step 5: Line a pie plate with parchment paper.
Step 6: Spread the onion/mushroom mix on th…
